Work Schedule

We will be available Monday through Wednesday, 12 PM-7 PM, and Thursday through Friday, 4 PM – 7 PM. Please provide videos you want done over the weekend during our hours of operation.

Payment/Polish

Once a project has been completed, the file will be sent to the clients once their purchase has cleared. If the customer allows us to manage their account to publish their content, then we will wait to publish the video until the product has been paid for. If the customer is not satisfied with the way the video has turned out, we will polish the work free of charge as long as it doesn’t add more than two minutes to the total run time of the video.

X-Rated Content

We will not edit any X-rated content of any sort.

Factchecking

If the video is meant to be informational, then the information in the video will be fact-checked to ensure the information within it is as up-to-date as possible.
