Work Schedule

We will work with multiple clients over the course of two weeks at a time. We will be available Monday-Friday. Any videos for a weekend release should handed to us at least 2-3 weeks in advance.

Meetings/Contact

Communication between client and customers will be done through email and Discord. Our email is [email protected]. If you want chat on Discord, we will give our server name through email.

Polish & Payment

After a video has been edited and if the customer is not satisfied with the result, we will polish the project free of charge as long as the edits doesn’t add more than two minutes to the total run time of the video. As for payment, a completed project will be paid when the customer has been notified of its completion, and told/shown the the total run time of the project. Lastly, we will wait for the payment to clear, and the customer will be sent their video file. Customers will not receive their completed project until their payment has cleared.

If a video is meant to serve informational purposes, then the video will be fact checked to ensure all the information in the video is as up to date as possible.
